It features the aromas of tomato plant, olive tree leaf, basil, spinach, licorice, green tomato and green grass. This is an intense, persistent and complex oil, full of bright green, fresh aromas. It is rich in polyphenols; these antioxidants provide stability when cooking.

Perfect on green salads, to cook seafood, drizzled over grilled vegetables and for barbecuing. It is also great for dipping and to prepare dough. We love to drizzle it on a piece of good bread with some manchego cheese and a slice of Iberico ham.
