Full of different aromas, our Arbequina is characterized by being a medium-intensity oil with a predominance of fruity notes over bitter and spicy. You will find notes of tomato leaf, fresh cut grass, artichoke, apple and banana. In the mouth, you will appreciate its interesting structure and delicate density.
It pairs excellent with mature cheeses, dark leafy greens, berries and it is exceptional as for dipping with balsamic vinegar. This is the ideal oil to add a delicate touch to enhance any dish. Our favorite way to enjoy it is on white beans with balsamic.
