Shiso | ||
(Japanese Mint leaf) | : | 10 - 15 leaves |
Recipe:
- Slice mozzarella cheese and tomatoes.
- Cut shiso into half.
- Place the all sliced mozzarella cheese on the place, and place the half shiso on each cheese.
- Place the sliced tomato on the shiso.
- Pour ROMANICO Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the mozzarella cheese and tomatoes
