Ingredients(For 4 People):

ROMANICO Extra Virgin
Olive Oil : 3 tablespoons
Tomato : 2 small size
mozzarella Cheese : 0.8 Lb.
(Japanese Mint leaf) : 10 - 15 leaves


  1. Slice mozzarella cheese and tomatoes.
  2. Cut shiso into half.
  3. Place the all sliced mozzarella cheese on the place, and place the half shiso on each cheese.
  4. Place the sliced tomato on the shiso.
  5. Pour ROMANICO Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the mozzarella cheese and tomatoes
