Rafols is a premium desalted Icelandic Codfish (Gadus Morhua) producer from Spain. All of Bacalao Rafols products are carefully cured in salt for at least 3 months. It is then deboning each piece by hand, followed by a meticulously calculated desalting process. Ideal to be pan fried with herbs and vegetables. How to use: Leave to thaw on the refrigerator inside the envelope. Rinse, dry, and ready to cook. Conservation: Frozen product that must be maintained on a temperature of -18§C. Once defrosted must be consumed within 5 days.
