Olasagasti Cantabric Anchovies in EVOO 4.23 oz (120 g)

Fresh anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea (Engraulis encrasicholus) fished during its fishing season, the ?Campaign of Spring? from March 1st to June 30th, with the traditional Basque Country fishing. In this period the anchovies are in their best features, in an excellent balance between meat and fat.
