Ham plate Serrano Monte Nevado 85 g, modified atmosphere. Pack 10 x 85 g (3 Oz)

Cut from pink to purple red, marbled and occasional pints of tyrosine due to long curing. Characteristic aroma of fine aged, delicate and with little salt.

Serve it straight away from the plate and leave it outside for a few minutes, or use it for meat & charcuterie boards with a mix of crackers and cheese.
