This aged
Like all hard cheeses, Manchego keeps well and is gorgeous eaten just as it is. We also recommend shaving it over arugula, on bread rubbed with tomato and olive. Enjoy it also with a robust or young rough red or a crispy white wine, fruit and nuts.
