Ingredients(For 4 People):

ROMANICO Extra Virgin
Olive Oil : 1 Cup
Potato : 4 big size
Onion : 3 big size
Egg : 6
Salt : a little


  1. Peel the potatoes and onions and Cut them into small pieces.
  2. Heat the ROMANIA Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the big pan
  3. Cook the potatoes and onions in the low temperature slowly until the potatoes become soft
  4. Beat the eggs and Add the salt in the bowl.
  5. Add the cooked potatoes and onions of step 3 into the bowl of step 4.
  6. Mix all together in the bowl.
  7. Cook the mixture of step 6 in the big Pan.
  8. When the omelet is ready, turn it over to cook the other side. Later repeat turning it over again.
