Imported from Spain, this seafood broth strikes the perfect balance between full-flavored, but not trending into the realm of "too fishy." Aneto fish broth is made naturally from water, monkfish (32%), onion, carrot, celery, leek, tomato, cod (2%), garlic, fennel, virgin olive oil and sea salt.
Aneto developed a 100% natural broth and uses only fresh and first quality ingredients from local farmers and markets. Aneto broths and cooking bases are made the old-fashioned way, by cleaning, simmering and slow cooking fresh ingredients over a low flame.
This broth is perfect for seafood soups, stews, paella, and risotto. It?s also wonderful for making a sauce to complement fish, or as a cooking medium for poached whole fish.
