These mussels come from the Galician estuaries, with a Protected Denomination of Origin. They are carefully extracted from the ?batea ? at its best moment. Like every product from Ramon Pena, the mussels are ony obtained at the peak season and in limited quantities. The product is caerfully selected and only the best pieces will be processed for canning. The expert hands of our Cannery Ladies clean them one by one and pack them with our own recipe of spicy sauce.
