Chef Martin?s Bauenwurst or ?Farmer?s sausage? in German, hails from the state of Tringen. Pork and beef raised with no added antibiotics or hormones are combined with hints of garlic and ginger for a firm sausage that is medium spicy in flavor. It has a medium coarse texture.

Cooking suggestions:
On the Grill: Grill about 6 minutes on high, turning after 3 minutes. Lower to medium heat. Grill for an additional 6 minutes, turning frequently.
Pan saut‚: Saut‚ in vegetable oil for 10-12 minutes, turning frequently until golden brown.
