The olive oil of Valderrama is a high-quality product. Hojiblanca is an Olive tree variety, perhaps the most Gourmet variety in Andalucia. This is a special region where the soil never freezes and provides mild and sweet oil. Olives from this variety are big and rounded. Name comes from the white color (blanca) of the leave (hoja). Oil is extracted at cold temperatures (19oC) to get a Premium quality oil.

Valderrama stands out due to an expertise that compromises knowledge and experience, constant improvement of production and cultivation techniques to achieve the excellence since 1853.
This smooth and mild oil has an aroma of herbs, green grass, plums, and almonds. It has also some sweet and bitter character with notes of fresh tomatos.
This olive oil is an allrounder. It is ideal for mixed salads, blue fish, meat, game meat, stews, turkey, Spanish omelette, and tomato preparations.
