This creamy, semi-soft sheep’s milk cheese from the countryside of Rome has crushed red pepper added. The cheese strikes the perfect balance between the creaminess of the cheese and spiciness of the red pepper.
The cheese has a rich creamy texture and a spicy flavor.
Melts well and can be used in any number of applications, from salads to lasagnas. It makes a mean quesadilla and is a wonderful addition to nachos and on pizza. Can be used as an alternative to mozzarella.
