Farro is a grain that has been used since the ancient days of Celts, Egyptians, and Etruscans. Farro Spaghetti is a thin, long spaghetti type pasta made with organically grown farro from Umbria and manufactured using bronze dies. Production is limited.

The Monograno Felicetti line strives to combine the selection of organic raw ingredients (the best grains, pure air, and water from the Trentino region) together with a vivid expression of the art of pasta making while adhering to the ethically and environmentally sound practices.

The mountain air of the Dolomites, fresh spring water, pure grain semolina, and an understanding of the art of pasta-making since 1908: These are the four elements that make the Monograno Felicetti pasta a true expression of Valentino Felicetti's beliefs.
While it cooks, this pasta emits a distinct scent of fresh hazelnut and grilled aubergine. It has a firm and slightly crunchy feel reminiscent of bread crusts, a rich peanut butter flavor and a mild jujube aftertaste.
It has the ability to adapt to different recipes. In a similar vein as kamut or bulgur wheat, farro makes a good alternative grain addition to several dishes.
An excellent source of protein, fiber and nutrients like magnesium and iron.
