Marcona almonds, the “Queen of Almonds,” are imported from Spain. They are shorter, rounder, softer, and sweeter than other varieties. Further they are prized for being more tender, sweet and delicate than other almonds.
These Romanico Marcona Almonds are fried in Romanico extra virgin olive oil and then spinkled lightly in salt, which offers a delicious flavor.

There are three different preparations available: Blanched, Fried in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, lightly salted and unsalted and blanched raw.
The nutty flavor combined with the organic mediterranean sea salt offers a light salty and delicious flavor.
