Made with milk from Saanen goats, indigenous to Bergamo, these bloomy rounds are mild, sweet, and velvety on the palate. It?s a nice alternative when you?re looking to move on from Brie. Compact wheels with a bloomy rind and a downy white paste that will soften as the cheese ripens.
