Catalan Dressing Sauce
Ingredients(For 8 People):

| Black Pepper |

Recipe:
- Mix 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 4 tablespoons of ROMANICO Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Add another 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 4 tablespoons of ROMANICO Extra Virgin Olive Oil into the step 1 and Stir.
- Add the last 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 4 tablespoons of ROMANICO Extra Virgin Olive Oil into the step 2.
- Stir step 3 very well and Add salt, chopped parsley, mustard, diced egg, shopped onions and radish.
- Blend all with a hand blender.
Enjoy the sauce with fish in any style: baked, boiled, grilled, or steamed.
