Ingredients:

ROMANICO Extra Virgin
Olive Oil : 1 Cups
Plain Yogurt : 1 Cup
Flour : 3 Cups
Sugar : 2 Cups
Eggs : 5
Baking Powder : 3 tablespoons
Walnuts : 25

Recipe:

  1. Spread ROMANICO Extra Virgin Olive Oil on the cake pan.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar in the bowl and make a hollow in the center.
  3. Mix eggs and yogurt in a small bowl and pour them into the hollow of Step 1
  4. Add ROMANICO Extra Virgin Olive Oil into the bowl and mix all together.
  5. Pour the half of mixture of step 3 into the cake pan and Add walnuts over the mixture.
  6. Pour the other half of mixture into the cake pan.
  7. Cook in the oven at 350 F for 35 minutes.
