Light crumb, very crunchy bread from Catalonia, Spain. The neutral taste of this bread allows it

The Crystal Bread is a precooked frozen product, totally handmade and without additives. Preparation: It is not necessary to defrost before using. Bake in preheated oven at 180§C for 13 to 16 minutes. You can bake it whole or halved. In Salamander oven: Open in half lenghtwise with a serrated knife and toast crumb-side up. Regulate the time according to the temperature of your salamander oven.
Neutral taste, light and crunchy texture.
To accompany any type of Iberian ham, cheese, tuna, anchovies? It could be served plain or spread with a very ripe hanging tomato, an extra virgin olive oil and salt.
