Olive Oil cakes or "tortas de aceite" are originated in Andalucia, specifically near Sevilla.
Handmade, in accordance with the ancient tradition, which gives them their special fine, puff pastry texture, that cannot be achieved by mechanised processes. The traditional flat thin cookies are made one by one with the finest natural ingredients. They are mixed by hand separately, to preserve their delicate texture and aroma. No preservatives and no colour and flavour enhancers are added to have a incomparable natural taste.

These tortas are available in 4 different flavors: Plain, Almonds, Cinamon Lemon and Rosemary. The first three are sweet.
They have a special fine, puff pastry texture, which is create by hand. The result is a natural, light, healthy, exclusive pancake.
Famous as a snack, for breakfast or tea.
