These Olive Oil cakes or "tortas de aceite" originated in Andalucia, specifically near Sevilla and are tapped with almonds.
Handmade, one by one, following the ancient tradition, which gives them their special fine puff pastry texture that cannot be achieved by mechanised processes. They are mixed by hand separately, to preserve their delicate texture and aroma.

The result is a natural, light, healthy, exclusive pastry that melts in the mouth, and satisfies the most demanding clients.

All natural ingredients, no preservatives added. These tortas are available in 4 different flavors: Plain, Almonds, Cinamon Lemon and Rosemary. The first three are sweet.
