Made with Anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea and Tuna captured and made exclusively on the Basque coast, with the traceability guarantee controlled by the Basque Government. The aromas and flavors of the cantabrian anchovies melt perfectly into the fresh flavors of tuna. A combination that is perfectly balanced and not too 'fishy' or salty.

Excellent on an antipasto or cheese plate or as a spread for toast or sandwiches paired with manchego cheese or mediterranean grilled vegetables. Use as stuffing for piquillo peppers or olives. Perfect in any pasta sauce!
