Ingredients(For 4 People):
ROMANICO Extra Virgin | ||
Olive Oil | : | 1/4 Cup |
Pork | : | a Big Chunk of Tender Pork |
Prune | : | 24 small size |
Onion | : | 12 small size |
Beer | : | 2 bottles |
Black Pepper | : | a little |
Salt | : | a little |
Recipe:
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the pork.
- Cut onions in a big pieces.
- Heat the ROMANICO Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the pan
- Fry the Pork with olive oil.
- When the pork become brown, Add onions and beer and cook for one hour.
- Add prune and cook for 5 minutes. It’s better to make this dish one day before.
