Recipe:
- Clean the fish.
- Cut potatoes and onions into slices and Place on the pan.
- Place the fish on the potatoes and onions from the step 2 and Add a little of salt.
- Grind tomatoes and Add onto to the fish of the step 3.
- Cover ROMANICO Extra Virgin Olive Oil onto the fish in the step 4.
- Cook in the oven at 400 F.
