Ingredients(For 8 People):

ROMANICO Extra Virgin
Olive Oil : 12 tablespoons
Vinegar : 3 tablespoons
Egg : 1 (hard boiled)
Onion : 1 small size
Radish : 1
Mustard : a little
Parsley : a little
Black Pepper : a little
Salt : a little

Recipe:

  1. Mix 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 4 tablespoons of ROMANICO Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  2. Add another 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 4 tablespoons of ROMANICO Extra Virgin Olive Oil into the step 1 and Stir.
  3. Add the last 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 4 tablespoons of ROMANICO Extra Virgin Olive Oil into the step 2.
  4. Stir step 3 very well and Add salt, chopped parsley, mustard, diced egg, shopped onions and radish.
  5. Blend all with a hand blender.
Enjoy the sauce with fish in any style: baked, boiled, grilled, or steamed.
